In my recent interactions with Angela, I have found her to be honest and straight-forward, and always willing to go that "extra step" to keep me informed throughout the process of selling a residence. There were often times that Angela would call even if there was no change in status, and just let me know that she was still available should I have any questions. I found this type of professionalism and courtesy to be refreshing. I can honestly say that prior dealings with other real estate offices that I have experienced did not provide me with this same level of satisfaction.

Dear Angela,
Today Lenore and I are having the closing on the sale of our house and we wanted to thank you for all the work you did for us. I called you back in December of 2004 and you were true to your word that you would get the sale done in less than 6 months. From the day you walked into our home for the open house with the coffee and doughnuts in hand you were nothing but professional and nice. You put up with all our questions of why things were taking to long to the petty complaints about other realtors from the big name agencies like Century 21 who wouldn't show up for their appointments. You probably sent over a hundred perspective buyers to see our home and you found one to buy the house at the price we were looking for. Being senior citizens, and owning our home for over 40 years, we had no idea what would be involved, but Angela took matters into her own hands and made this an easy transition. She kept us apprised of each step along the way from the marketing, showings, in¬spections to the final closing. She reassured us, and explained in detail each step along the way, in a way that we could understand. At all times she showed gen¬uine concern for our interest.
